I would not recommend. The lady was not consistent and was more interested in typing on her phone than giving a massage. She left the room a couple of times during the massage to help other customers coming in and then to get a drink for herself. I also felt very exposed with only a towel to cover me.
I went there today and had Ms.Annia as my masseuse and she was very sweet and kind and she did a AWSOME job on me with the full body massage.... I will go back and see her again when I'm back in town.... THANK YOU ANNIE ur the best baby and I highly and greatly appreciate you
I just left from getting a massage from this business and am highly displeased. The massage itself was nice and the lady that did it was very sweet. However, I got a 90 minute massage at the price of $110, which is higher than what I normally pay but I wanted to save myself a drive to Huntsville, so I was okay with it. After the massage, I went to pay the $110 and was asked by the lady who did my massage how much I wanted to tip and I responded "$10." She then told me for the massage I got, a $20 tip was required. I questioned this and another employee came out from around the corner and said the same. There was no verbal discussion of a required tip amount prior to the service, nor were there any signs stating any such policy. I have gotten several massages from other establishments and have never been told such. I am very upset with this transaction and will not be returning to this business.
I made an appointment with the manager for 12 pm and showed up early just in case I had to fill out something. I just wanted to be on time . Two different women came out being rude to me and my husband saying we busy . I was told by one of the ladies to call that number again and the manager answered and I told her what they said , I was upset because you set me an appointment, I drive an hour for it and they didn’t want to give me the massage and if you are leaving out of the clients room the. You cutting into their time . Need a reception up front and manager don’t need to overbook trying to get clients . Very unhappy with her . Not a legit place to do business with. By the way the manager stated she’s in Birmingham- just scheduling everyone over the phone .
Lulu was fantastic! Easier to understand than other ladies. Very knowledgeable. She has 3 degrees in massage/acupuncture and knows what she's doing. She's extremely sweet, personable and makes you very comfortable! She offered regular massage, acupuncture, head massage, foot massage and I accepted them all. I left feeling like a brand new human being! You won't regret a visit with her. Thank you, Lulu! See you again soon!
